Warranty & Returns Information
Thank for your enquiry regarding a factory fault assessment of your McCulloch product.
McCulloch products are manufactured with the highest quality standards. In the interest of reducing our environmental footprint, we will rarely require the return of your faulty item for assessment.
The McCulloch 2 Year Warranty does not apply if the damage is a result of “normal wear and tear” or if the item has been used other than for its intended purpose.
If you purchased your McCulloch unit within the last 2 years and have a copy of your receipt, simply take your proof of purchase and your unit back to the store you purchased it from, for replacement.
However, if you have purchased your McCulloch unit online via one of our Australian retail partners or via www.mccullochsteam.com.au, please contact info@mccullochsteam.com.au with a copy of your receipt and a brief description of the fault you are experiencing.
If you no longer have a copy of your receipt, please send us a picture of the silver compliance sticker on your McCulloch unit. We will honour the 2-year warranty from the date of manufacture listed on the sticker, should you have misplaced your proof of purchase.
If videos or photos better explain the fault you are experiencing, please attach them to the email you send us.
Our friendly Consumer Care team will then provide one of the following options;
1. Replace the unit if it be deemed a factory fault and within warranty; or
2. Provide you with spare parts if they are available; or
3. Offer you a replacement item of the same or greater value in the case of out-of-stock or discontinued items.
Please allow 24-48 hours for our team to action your email. Please also keep in mind the McCulloch Steam Australia Head Office is located in Perth, Western Australia, so time differences may impact business hours.
