RETURNS POLICY

McCulloch Steam strives to create the best products for you. We have gone to great lengths to design, engineer and build a product that exceeds your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any McCulloch Steam product upon delivery, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us so that we can make things right. We are committed to keeping you happy.

RETURN PROCESS

Unopened items can be returned for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you’re not satisfied with your McCulloch Steam product, let us know. We’ll make it right. 

We proudly stand behind our products with a 2 Year Warranty to the original owner against material and workmanship defects, from the date of purchase. If any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, McCulloch Steam will replace the product at no cost.

1. CONTACT US

To initiate a warranty return, simply contact us via phone or email and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA).

2. PREPARE SHIPMENT

After a RA is issued, download and fill out McCulloch Steam Australia Warranty Form or alternatively email your enquiry to consumer.care@milners.com.au.

3. SHIP PACKAGE

When your package is ready to ship, simply drop it off at your convenient Australian Post Office.

4. GIVE FEEDBACK
