I bought this specifically for my tiled floors and grout, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Years of built-up grime that mopping never touched came away effortlessly with just steam — no harsh chemicals needed. The grout lines look genuinely white again for the first time in years.
The canister heats up quickly, the steam pressure is strong and consistent, and the range of attachments means I’ve ended up using it all over the house — bathroom tiles, the kitchen splashback, even the oven. It’s become my go-to for a deep clean.
Build quality feels solid and it’s easy to manoeuvre. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate — this thing is worth every cent.

I bought this steam cleaner expecting strong performance, but it’s been disappointing overall.
The unit is bulky, heavy, and frustrating to use. It’s not practical for normal household cleaning and quickly becomes tiring to move around. The design feels clunky, and even basic tasks take more effort than they should.
The performance does not match the marketing. The steam output is inconsistent and weaker than expected, and it struggles to deliver noticeable results. It doesn’t feel effective enough to justify the size or the price.
Build quality is also questionable. Some attachments feel cheap and don’t fit securely, which makes the whole experience worse.
Overall, this product is overhyped, inconvenient to use, and poor value for money.

Absolutely love this machine. I have had it for approximately 3 weeks and have used it on grout, windows, window tracks and walls and it sure makes cleaning easier. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish it came with a smaller steam mop head to do the walls with, the larger head was a little bit awkward. It really is a great machine.

I had read several review on the product and had high expectations that I was buy a decent product, but after the first use I was left disappointed with the performance and the outcomes.

I bought 5 of these 2 years ago. They are really bad, they burn out after a very short time. You can't fix them, the resistors are melted. It's a big scam that people do. In addition to the price, I also paid for the postage to get them to Albania. I wanted to buy some other equipment for my business because these were a BIG FAILURE.
